The Ultimate HEMI Powered Ribs are slow cooked, extra thick pork short ribs, grilled with fire roasted garlic, HEMI BBQ Sauce, an assortment of mouthwatering spices, and a touch bourbon. The HEMI Powered Ribs are accompanied by delightful pineapple rings, which were infused with a hint of cinnamon by being grilled on top of cinnamon sticks, and then the rings are glazed with honey! To top all of this off, I serve this dish with a generous helping of my Mom?s Lake Side Spinach Salad. What more could you ask for!
